Teeth Whitening
I went to a dental clinic at 3pm to have teeth whitening. I had been concerned about the yellowing of my teeth. It was the first time I had such a treatment because it damages tooth enamel and gums. However, the technology is improved. It took an hour, and my teeth were brightened. I visited a public bath and went to a bar, Nagomi. I had beer, sake, and some small dishes. After I got home, I had a bento, called Magokoro Bento (sincerity bento), which my mom brought back from her volunteer work with elderly people. My dad watched and laughed at the stupid variety shows. I fell asleep around 9pm.
