The Last Day In Korea
I will go back to Japan today. I have been struggling to sleep after arriving in Korea from Amsterdam. I went out of my bed around 1pm. I did my daily routine. In the evening, I went to a local restaurant. I said to a waiter, “Are there any small dishes?” However, he couldn’t understand English. Therefore, we had to talk through Google Translation’s texts. They didn’t have such food so I negotiated about it. “I will pay the regular price but could you please serve me a half size of the dish?” It was kind of raw beef and a Korean style bento box. It was not so great. After getting to my hotel room, I had some snacks and the leftover fish that I had brought back from the restaurant the previous night. I fell asleep before 10 p.m., but woke up around midnight. Now, I’m writing this.
