Receiving a New Aligner
I headed toward a dental clinic in Alkmaar around 1 pm. It was a sunny day. I walked about 30 minutes from the station to the clinic. Finally, I was able to receive the new teeth aligner. The process of teeth straightening involves only seven steps. I hope it will work properly. After that, I sat down on a bench by the riverside. I did some shadowing for English study by watching YouTube. I also practiced Dutch. On the way to the Alkmaar station, I visited a bar. It was my first time visiting there, but I felt comfortable. I also visited another bar. I enjoyed a beer and a cigarette. After I came back home, I paid rent to Jannine. I called it a day around 9 pm. When I think about it, I only had yogurt, a croissant, and a croquette bread the whole day.
