Japanese Ishikari hot pot on the table

Keeping My Health

I had a kickoff meeting for the new website development project yesterday. It will be a complicated project. I worked until 5 p.m. I went down to the first floor. My sister and her child were there. I gave her a bottle of skin supplements. I went out running because I lack exercise lately. If I would live without training, I’d be a fat and dirty middle-aged man. On the way home, I stopped by the supermarket, and then I got a pack of sauce for Ishikari hot pot and fillet salmon. I had them for dinner. I went to bed at 9 p.m., but I read technical books, so I fell asleep around 11:30 pm.
