I got the idea to turn a sober day into a fasting day. It is better than simply having a day without drinking. I repaired my glasses by myself. If I had asked a shop to do it, it would have cost 7700 JPY, but I bought the materials on Amazon and it cost only €9.9 (about 1900 JPY). It worked. I did not feel strong hunger or any discomfort. I realized that the biggest problem is boredom. In the first place, my life feels boring without drinking alcoholic beverages. I went to bed just before 8 pm, but I was not able to fall asleep for a long time. I eventually fell asleep around midnight.
