Burst of Water Pipe
It was a terrible, pouring day. I heard the sound of strong thunder. It must have struck the ground somewhere. In the afternoon, my younger sister and her sons came over. We went to a supermarket to get food for dinner on foot. We had handmade gyoza for dinner. During dinner, a neighbor rang our doorbell. She told us that the water pipe in one of the neighboring houses had burst for some reason. I called the police, and then three policemen came by bike. They conducted an investigation. It was a very interesting experience, so we had a toast after the investigation. We talked a lot past midnight. I fell asleep just before 2 am.
