A Really Happy Night
I went to a Dutch language class at 9 am. It was useful and fun. After that, I stopped by a second hand shop and bought a wine glass, a glass for water, and a dish for an egg. I took a nap for a while because I woke up around 3 am. In the evening, I went to the bar My Way. On the way there, I bought some flowers, gerberas. Bert and Anjo patted me on the shoulder and said, “De beste wensen!” I had learned that phrase in the Dutch language class earlier that day. It made me feel really happy. When I was about to leave the bar, Oki gave me a beer, so I continued drinking. In the end, I had a cigarette with Ruud. We, including a new person named Maarten, talked a lot. Maarten is not good at English, so Ruud acted as a translator. I gave one of the gerberas to the bartender, Mandy. Eventually, it was a really fun night. I had a tortilla wrap for dinner, which I had already prepared before I went out. I fell asleep around 10 pm.
