Way to Return an Item
My electric toothbrush doesn’t work well recently. I wrote to Amazon customer support, then, they offered to refund an item. They told me that they were going to pick it up and that I was to put the item outside my house. Therefore, I put it yesterday. However, my landlord said my package needed a label. I understood what he meant but they didn’t give such an instruction. I’m confused. Anyway, I had a Steamed Mussel plate for dinner. There was a $5 discount so, I got it for $10. It’s not as bad as I thought, but, I won’t order it again.
