Watching Leaving Las Vegas
The temperature was finally comfortable. It was a rainy day, but it was fantastic weather for me. I visited the movie theater and watched an old movie called Leaving Las Vegas. The main actor is Nicolas Cage, who plays a man suffering from severe alcoholism. The movie was incredibly intriguing to me. I was deeply impressed by it. It is a five-star movie for me. After that, I visited the bar Stiefel. I met two new people, Maak and Gaamt. Maak is English, and he moved to the Netherlands 25 years ago because of his marriage. He told me that he went to Japan last year with his family. We talked a lot at the bar. Maak bought me two beers. It was a wonderful time talking with him. I told him, “It was nice talking to you.” I had leftover pork hamburger, a tortilla wrap, and spaghetti for dinner. It was not a hot night, so I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling uncomfortable.
