Watching a Movie on Sunday
I watched a movie called Goodfellas at a movie theater. The showtime was 3:15 pm. I arrived there about 15 minutes early. A woman in the audience talked to me. She said something like, “Your seat is too close to the screen.” I told her that I prefer seats like that. The movie was interesting enough. I thought the lives of gangsters are lucrative but not easy. They earn money by risking their own lives. I visited the bar Stiefel. It was packed, so I had to sit in an unusual chair. However, people greeted me and said cheers many times. It made me happy. Especially, Louis shook my hand and patted my shoulders. I bought him a beer, and then he bought me another one. The bar owner Maria distributed bitterballen and some snacks to customers for free. They were delicious. I had leftover stamppot and steamed vegetables. I cooked them in my room. Finally, I finished the mashed potatoes after eating them for days. I cannot look at them anymore. I fell asleep around 10:30 pm.
