Watching a Dutch Movie

It was Friday, so I went to a movie theater. I thought the movie called Boomers might be in English, but it was completely in Dutch with no subtitles. I could hardly understand anything. Even so, I could not grasp the relationships between the characters. After that, I visited the bar Vlaar. I had two kinds of beer. I found that their beer prices were cheaper than those at Stiefel, so I should visit more often. When I got back home, I received a message from Jan. He offered to take me to my vacation destination, Bergen. It was a kind offer, but I declined. I cooked cream spaghetti for dinner, and it was tastier than I expected.

Heads-up! These aren't journal entries – they're crafted essays written in English.
Thoughtful, personal, and cross-cultural.
