It was quite hot weather. When I did the laundry, I met Jan and Janin. They were relaxing themselves in the garden. We talked about Dutch language. He gave me a suggestion to implement covers on my room’s windows to protect from sunlight. He did it at once. However, I did not think it was effective. A friend who lives in the US sent me a message. He listened to my voice blog. He gave me a caution to do leverage with virtual currency. I appreciate his advice. In the evening, I visited the bar Johnny. I had two glasses of beer. I had boiled cauliflower, two sweetened buns etc., for dinner. I fell asleep around 10pm.
