Sint Maarten’s Day
One of the new clients transferred a big fee so I was happy. In the evening, I went to a bar Johnny’s Cafe. I had three glasses of beer. There was a new big glass door newly installed for outside seats. Johnny told me its cost was 8000EUR. Coming back home, Jan told me “Today is St. Maarten’s Day. Children will come to our home”. Children who have lanthanum knocked the door and sang a song for us. We gave them snacks. It was quite similar to Halloween but Jan explained it is a completely different event. Foreign countries’ customs are interesting. I had fried rice and pork steak for dinner. I fell asleep just before 10:30pm.
