Showing an Appreciation
I did the laundry in the morning. When I closed the washing machine’s door, Jan came in. It astonished me from the bottom of my heart. I don’t understand why I am surprised at such a small unexpected thing and overreact to it. I went to a store and got flowers and strawberries. I gave them to the landlord’s couple. “This is my appreciation for taking me to the sightseeing.” Also, I passed them the flyer of an art exhibition in which I will participate next month. It’s been raining on and off the whole day. I didn’t go to any bars, so I started dinner before 4pm. I had cheese scrambled eggs, cold soba noodles, and tortilla. I fell asleep before 9pm.
