Rainy Days
It has been raining a lot recently. I was supposed to have a meeting with a prospective client but he didn’t appear. I claim such an irresponsible man must die or go to hell. I went to the bar Stiefel but it was full of customers so I visited Johnny instead. The owner’s wife Maria said “You have lived here for almost 2 years, right?”. It was correct. I felt time flies. I ordered Gouden Carolus beer. “Good choice” she said. “I love it because the glass looks luxurious” but she didn’t understand the word. Should I choose “gorgeous or fancy”? I had salad topped with sauteed mushrooms, stir fried noodles for dinner. I went to bed after 10pm.
