Quarrel with a Dental Clinic

I went to the dental clinic in Alkmaar around 2pm. However, they canceled my appointment due to a payment issue. I explained that I pay all of the cost monthly, properly, which means in installments. They didn’t explain clear regulation. “You have much loans so we can’t,” they said. “How much is high level loans? Tell me the criterion for it. Is it up to 3000 EUR or 4000 EUR? How much? You just said “A big invoice is still remaining” but how much is the big? I can’t understand such an unclear regulation.” I made a complaint a lot in English. During that time, a receptionist started to speak in Dutch so I said, “Please speak English!” In the end, they accepted my request but the appointment was postponed until next week. I was really exhausted. I have to say they are stupid! I visited a bar restaurant then took two kinds of beer and French fries. After I came back home, I just had only stir-fried veggies. My condition has been not good for a month or more. I have not had an appetite also recently. I fell asleep before midnight.
