Preparing My Monthly Bento Artwork
Around 2 pm, I went to the supermarket to buy ingredients for my monthly bento artwork. I chose a big chicken cutlet as the main dish. I made my bento artwork earlier than usual because I have to prepare to go back to Japan at the end of this month. I went to the bar Stiefel. I heard some shocking news from Marjan. The butcher shop owner is divorced, and he has a young girlfriend. He went on a ten-day vacation with her. I thought he and his wife were a nice couple, but she is already his ex-wife! I could not understand Dutch people’s views on relationships. I had the bento for dinner. I prepared half of the cutlet as a Japanese-style chicken cutlet simmered with egg. It was tastier than I expected.
