Power Failure

I forgot to write about a happening on the previous day. When I walked to the supermarket, I met Kathy what’s-her-name. She works at a small grocery store. She said, “I have trouble because the owner doesn’t pay my salary”. The owner is in a judgement. Her unpaid salary is over 2000EUR. I said, “I am sorry to hear that but interesting”. “Not interesting, ” she looked angry. Sorry about that. Anyway, I visited the bar Stiefel. Inside the bar was dark. “It’s failure of electricity”, a bartender said. However, I felt comfortable. The atmosphere reminded me of my mother’s family home that no longer exists. It was dim and silent even during the day time. Curiously enough, an electrician drunk a beer during the reparation. I love such an attitude. I had two glasses of beer as usual. The electricity came back until I left there. At home, I cooked German fries, leftover packed Thai food shop’s fried rice for dinner. I fell asleep before 9pm. I slept well for the first time in a long time. I will go to a hotel this weekend, too because I found a quite cheap one. I am excited about it.
