Out-of-date working Style

I worked for 8 hours. I had a question about it yesterday. Why we have to work eight hours at least? This is an old-fashioned working system. Therefore, workers don’t try to do work efficiently because if they could shrink their work, they have to work more. Namely working slowly will be a best practice. We work eight hours per day. I want to escape such a useless environment. Our lifetime is limited. I had a Mexican shrimp bowl and tortilla chips. There is a $10 discount then I got it only for $7 but it was poor quality.
