Obon Family Gathering

I went to my elder sister’s house around 1 pm. I was supposed to go there around noon, but I could not handle such an early time. We drank and talked about a variety of topics, such as Bitcoin, vaccines, and our father’s stories. I cooked a bento as my monthly artwork because I did not want to be in the same room with my dad at my parents’ house, so I asked my sister if I could use her kitchen instead. My younger sister and her child Yujiro left just before 9 pm. I thought about going to some bars, but I gave up because I was not in the mood. I went to bed around 10 pm, but I could not fall asleep easily even though I was tired. I finally managed to drift off around midnight.
