Negotiating the Salary
I sent a message to the owner of the part-time job. She explained to me why the training period is unpaid, saying that she has had many candidates quit soon even after receiving training. I understand her frustration because I have had similar experiences, so I suggested that if I work continuously for three months, she should pay the full amount for the training hours. We were able to reach an agreement. I was supposed to visit Stiefel, but I had forgotten that it was reserved that day, so I went to the bar My Way instead. I met Bart. He told me that the person who was sitting with him was his father. When I was going home, a woman talked to me. “You attend church, right?” I do not know her, but such warm communication made me happy. I had plenty of spaghetti for dinner. I avoided eating meat because I had eaten a lot the previous day. I fell asleep just after 10 pm. I read a book in bed for a while.
