Meeting New People
I went to Amsterdam after 1pm. I walked to the cafe Winkel. I had plans to meet a gallery director at 2pm but she was delayed for 30min due to her unexpected trouble. We talked about my career and art. After an hour, we moved to Gallery 9 at 4pm. I met a gallerist Dick who was talkative so we couldn’t leave there until 6pm. I hurried to go to a new friend’s house. She lives in De Pijp with her husband and a dog. I reached there at 6:30pm. She prepared a lot of dishes. We talked in English for a long time. I left there at 10:30pm and I came back home after 11pm. I took a shower but I broke the shower’s height adjustment valve accidentally. I went to bed at once.
