Long Walking
I had a business meeting with a regular client. It was an international meeting. There were 7 people attended. One of the attendees was as a translator but his English was not so great. I think I could do that but I had to speak only Japanese to allow him to save his face. It was a sunny day so I went out and walked to the sea. I walked for over an hour. I visited a cafe by the sea. I had 2 glasses of beer and fries. I walked back home for an hour again. It was a precious time. I’ve recognized walking is the best activity. I cooked spaghetti with leftover simmered pork . I fell asleep before 8pm.
