Helping My Landlord
I attended Sunday mass at 9:15 am. I forgot to bring a €1 coin, so I did not make an offering. I cooked leftover simmered chicken into curry sauce. Around 3 pm, Jan called me from downstairs. He asked me how to forward an email on Gmail. It was super easy-peasy. Jan gave me a piece of sponge cake that he had baked. I had it with coffee. When I returned the plate, I said, “Ik verklaar je officieel tot Bakmeester. (I declare you an official baked-goods master).” He laughed, which made me happy. I visited the bar Stiefel. They were watching a football game. It was a fulfilling time as usual. I stopped by a supermarket and bought some flowers. I had curry sauce with instant brown rice for dinner. In bed, I read a book called Bear Storm. I fell asleep around 10:30 pm.
