Hangover
I felt a hangover and nausea in the morning, but I had to go to the dentist. I did my general routines and took a bus at 3 pm. The bus driver was in a good mood, and he sang a kind of rock music during the whole trip. I felt motion sickness. The treatment was finished in less than 10 minutes. Normally, in such a situation, I go to Alkmaar, but I went back without stopping anywhere. When I got home, I met Jan. He said, “We have not talked recently.” We talked about job opportunities. I told him that I keep an eye on job opportunities. I cooked discounted grilled salmon and vegetables for dinner. I also added instant brown rice. I took a shower, and I had dinner with a glass of red wine. It was extremely rare that I did not go to bars. I went to bed just after 6 pm and read a book. I turned off the lights just after 10 pm, but it was hard to sleep. I fell asleep around 11 pm, maybe.
