Table after eating Japanese soba (Nihachi-jyuroku) with women's hands

Extra-large Soba

I didn’t have breakfast because I was going to a soba restaurant that is run by my brother-in-law. That is popular even though it is located in the deep mountains and inconvenient to access. At 11 am, my sister picked Eri and I up. We arrived there at noon but there was a queue already. We had to wait for 20 minutes or so in the rainy weather. That is famous for its serving size. I had normal soba but it looked double or more. I had beer and sake, too. The charge was 7,500 yen for 5 people including kids. We came back home then I took a nap for two hours. We cooked gyoza for dinner. I fell asleep at midnight.
