Drinking Endlessly
I cut canvas from a roll for new paintings today. As usual, I went to a public bath. I decided to avoid visiting a sushi izakaya because I feel a bit awkward there, so I went to Carp Dori instead. It was super comfortable, and I enjoyed it very much. While walking by Ikkyuan (a takoyaki shop), I ran into a man I had met at Tachimachi-ya before, and we said hello. I was planning to head back home, but I noticed Nagomi was open. I thought their regular holidays were Tuesday and Wednesday, so I went in and asked why they were open. They explained that they will not be taking any days off this year. Since I was already drinking, I ordered sashimi, natto yaki, and fried rice. I might have eaten a bit too much. When I went to bed, the price of Bitcoin surged dramatically, going over $92,000. I was so excited that I could not sleep. In the end, I finally drifted off around 1 or 2 am.
