Complaint Handling
I had a complaint from a retiree of my company. I turned down her request. I also got an annoying message from a client. He requested to refund the money but it was impossible based on our contract. Those handlings were really tough. Japanese people don’t understand how strict it is to make a contract. In the evening, I went to the bar Stiefel. I had two glasses of beer as usual. I felt my condition was not perfect yet. I had discounted packed sushi and yakisoba noodles for dinner. The former one was disgusting. It should not be called sushi. I fell asleep around 10pm.
