Coming Down with a Fever

I went to have breakfast at a local restaurant that I had also visited the previous day. It was nice, but after I returned to the hotel, I felt the skin sensitivity that I usually experience when I have the flu. I checked my body temperature and found that I had a low-grade fever. I lay down on the bed for the whole day. In the evening, I went to a burger shop that served nice craft beer. On the way there, I bought some medicine. I had two glasses of beer, but I realized that I was reaching the limit of what my condition could handle, so I had some beef pho and called it a day. I got into bed around 8 pm. My body temperature rose above 38 degrees Celsius. I woke up five or six times. I could not sleep well, but this morning, as I am writing this, the fever has gone.
