Chance Encounters

I had an English class at 4pm. I left there at 6pm then visited a yakitori bar; It was not so good, so I moved to the bar which I used to visit frequently; It was the first time for over three years. The elderly couple bar owners remembered me. There were foreign tourists. I asked them where they came from; astonishingly, they came from Holland, The Hague. I expressed that I lived there and I passed my contact information to them. I came back to my home town then entered the bar ‘Tachimachi-ya’. Some regular customers welcomed me. It made me happy from the bottom of my heart. I forgot their names, so I asked again. One man is called Saeki-san and one woman is called Takarazuka(This is just a nickname because she loves the Takarazuka operetta troupe.). There was a Hosshan who is seriously ill. His belly is crazily expanded due to ascites. He told me his situation. “I spent my boring life gambling, but I stopped doing that. And then, I got too much free time so I started drinking day and night”. I left there after midnight. After I got home, I took a shower and I dove into my bed around 1am.
