Bad Condition

When I woke up, I felt my body really heavy. I thought that I got just cold or COVID-19? I had a small portion of breakfast then I worked for a short time. I went to a drugstore and I got two types of sunscreen. I have to protect myself from UV whenever. I took a nap for an hour but I still felt dull. I continued to work. After 5 p.m., I started to cook dinner, which were creamy spaghetti, simmered tomato chicken, etc. It was hard because I was out of shape but I did because the day was Mother’s Day. Eri also cooked something but I almost ignored her. I went to bed alone after 9:30 p.m.
