A Surprise Gift
I woke up after 9am with mild hangover. I didn’t go out even a step. I conducted labor work and painting pictures. In the afternoon, Jan brought me a package and gave me a cup of fried fish. When I stopped work around 6pm, Jan and Janin called me from downstairs. They gave me a message card that says “Now, you are an official our house mate”. Furthermore, they gave me four bottles of local beer. I thought that they were crazy happy that I had accepted their offer for renting the rooms. I had almost the same dishes as the previous night like smoked mackerel. I fell asleep around 11pm.
