Sukiyaki pot on the table, an elder woman's hand is pouring a canned beer in a glass

A Quiet Day

I woke up around 5am. I did my daily routine till 10am. I had natto with rice and pickled plum soup. I worked and painted during the day time. I thought my clients were deadly quiet like the day before. My anxiety increases day by day. In the evening, I went jogging. I stopped by a store to find discounted foods but I bought a packed sandwiches, etc. I had sukiyaki hot pot that my mom cooked for dinner. I watched a prank program, Monitoring, on TV. It was funny but there are lot of critical comments on the internet, such as ‘It is all set up!’ I agree with them because extras are unnatural. I got into bed just after 10pm.

A Calm Day I woke up around 5am. I did my daily routines till 10am. I had natto with rice and pickled plum soup. I worked and painted during the day time. I felt my clients are deathly quiet same as the day before. My anxiety is increased day by day. At the evening, I went jogging. I stopped by a store to find discounted foods but I bought a packed sandwiches etc. I had sukiyaki hot pot that my mom cooked for dinner. I watched a prank TV program "Monitoring". It was interesting but there are lot of critical comments, namely, it is all set up! I agree with them because extras are unnatural. I got into bed just after 10pm.
