A Meeting for the Exhibition
I got a message from a potential client that said they want to cancel the meeting. Sucks! I visited Treehouse NDSM in Amsterdam. It was far from the station. I walked for 40 min or something. It was a crazy hot day. I met two organizers for the open call. I explained my plan and they introduced me the site. They decided inviting me to the showcase. I went to the bar Het Lager Huys. I had small glasses of 3 kind of beer and taco chicken. I stopped by an Asian store. I got Japanese soup stock called mentsuyu. After I came back home, I cooked soba noodles with mentsuyu. I had mentsuyu for the first time in almost two years. It was extremely delicious. I completely forgot how tasty mentsuyu is. I realized again I am a Japanese. I went to bed before 11pm but I wasn’t able to fall sleep until past midnight. I read a comic book, Tokiwa-so story. It was a fantastic story. I imagined what a happy life they spent. I have had trouble falling asleep recently for some reason.
