Back in Japan
I woke up at 3 am and did my daily routine. I took an Uber at 5 am and headed to ICN Airport with Eri. We were on the same airline, but she flew back to Nagoya while I flew to Hiroshima. I had slept for less than 3 hours, so I dozed off on the plane. I arrived at Hiroshima Airport at around 9:10 am. I went straight to my hometown. When I arrived at my parents’ house, no one was there. I visited the ward office and applied for national health insurance. It took a long time, so I spent about two hours there. When I came back home, my mother had returned. She told me that my father had gone to South Korea. It felt strange because I had been there until that morning. In the evening, I went to the supermarket and bought some food and drinks. My mother cooked pork cutlet and braised dried daikon radish for dinner. We talked about a variety of topics. I took a hot bath and went to bed just after 9 pm. I slept like a log.
