Contacting an Art Director
I received a reply from an art director who was introduced to me by my landlord Jan. If the negotiations are successful, I will have an opportunity to exhibit my artworks for two months next year. We made an appointment to meet. In the evening, I went to the bar Vlaar. It was cloudy, but I love such gloomy weather. I had two kinds of beer. I drank a special beer called Paix Dieu, which was expensive at €9 (1,650 JPY). I stopped by a supermarket and bought herring for dinner. In bed, I read a book titled Shukke to Sono Deshi (The Priest and His Disciples) by Kurata Hyakuzo. It was very moving, and it made me cry a little. It is fantastic literature.
