Visiting a Snack Bar
I did not go to a cafe because I did not have enough time. Instead, I attended an English class and joined a group lesson. It was not very enjoyable. After that, I visited Omasa, a yakitori bar located near Hiroshima Station. This was likely my last visit during my temporary stay in Japan. Then I returned to the station closest to my home and visited Naoki, an okonomiyaki bar. They were holding a takoyaki event, and I had some delicious takoyaki there. I met a man named Shige-chan, who works at a foreign-affiliated company. We hit it off right from the start. Next, we went to Twins, a snack bar, where we talked with the elderly owner. Shige-chan covered the cost at the bar, which seemed to be about 18,000 yen. It was quite expensive. Finally, we went to Yoshinoya and had a simmered curry sukiyaki combo. We parted ways around 3:30 am, and I went to bed at about 4 am.
