Badminton Activity
I woke up earlier than usual and went to Hiroshima West Ward Sports Center at noon. I joined a badminton activity organized by Shuwawa bar owner Yoko-san. About ten people participated. It was much harder than I expected. My waist and shoulder were in severe pain. I left the venue before 3 pm. I went back home and took a shower. Just after 5 pm, I visited the cafe Yamaneko. It was a nice time. Around 6:30 pm, I went to the bar Shuwawa. There were no customers yet. Later on, some people arrived. I felt awkward because I could not fit in. When I was thinking of leaving the bar, a man came in. I finally started talking smoothly. After that, around 10 pm, I visited the okonomiyaki shop Naoki. The shop owner’s wife remembered my name, which made me happy. I met some interesting people there. A couple who had joined the badminton activity also came. It was already closing time, but we continued drinking with the shop’s owners. I left around 1 am and fell asleep around 2 am.
