She Has Developed Cancer
I went to the bar My Way. On the way there, the road was closed with barricades for a bicycle race. The bartender was a man. I do not like male bartenders because they do not have attentiveness, but he gave me two bitterballen for free. It was nice. I found a message card on the inside of the bar counter. I asked him what it was. It was a message to Jannet, the bar owner. She got cancer; it spread to her bones as well, so there is no hope for a cure. I was astonished by it because I met her just a few months ago. She looked very fine. I wrote a message to her. I thought everyone has to die sooner or later. I had grilled pork belly, vegetable spaghetti, and snacks for dinner. I fell asleep around 10 pm.
