A Mindful Life
I cleaned my rooms and kitchen. These places are very comfortable. My choice that I rent two rooms was not wrong. I mainly painted pictures. I also wrote a concept text for the new painting series. I made a wire frame for a client who is a contemporary artist. I wrapped up my work after 5pm. I cooked pork steak, sauteed spinach, sake-steamed smoked mackerel and more. I took a shower, and had dinner for over an hour. It was a really peaceful time. I went to bed after 10pm. I watched stand-up comedy act by Lucifer Yoshioka for a switch. I have believed he is genius. I had long nightmares.
