Finishing My Braces
I visited a dental clinic at 4 pm. Before I went out, I finally had a phone call with Eri. While I was going there by bus, we talked. The dentist removed an attachment from my teeth. There was a big difference in how they remove it between Japan and the Netherlands. I felt anxious that my teeth might be damaged by their rough method. I had a full scan of my teeth and I will receive a final aligner that keeps my teeth aligned permanently. After that, I walked to Alkmaar and visited the bar ‘t Ossehoofd. I ordered a beer that I had never drunk before, and it was delicious. However, it was extremely expensive, €11.5 (2150 JPY). I came back home by train and had dinner. I ate mushroom and tuna oil spaghetti. I read books for over 2 hours and fell asleep just before midnight.
