Receiving a Training Invitation
I received a message from the owner who interviewed me for the part-time job last week. She said that if I was free the next day, I could come and join the training. I felt happy about her offer because I believe it is an opportunity to change and expand my daily life. I drew outlines for two new bento paintings. I cooked paella during the day because the bunch of shrimp would expire that day. In the evening, I went to the bar Vlaar. Some cars were covered with small hail. I met Johnny, the former bar owner, at the bar, and we greeted each other with a handshake. While I was drinking, Rosalie came in and said, “Hi, Timothy.” I replied, “Hi, Rosalie.” Such a small interaction made me feel peaceful. I had paella and spicy stir-fried shrimp at home. I fell asleep just before 9 pm.
