Taking an English Lesson

I checked out of the capsule hotel around noon. I completed my daily tasks on my laptop in the hotel lounge. I noticed that the lady who owns the hotel could communicate smoothly with foreign tourists, even though her English pronunciation was quite poor. However, I respect her effort to use English. I stopped by the restroom at the Mitsukoshi department store and then attended an English class for the first time in half a year. It was a productive session. I visited the bar Hamaken and then returned to my hometown. Later, I went to the karaoke bar Michi. When I arrived, a group of four elderly people was singing a Japanese enka song. It looked fun. I chatted with the bar owner Makiko-san and a part-time worker, Ishihara-san. They served me a lot of food. Around 10:45 pm, Yama-chan arrived. I left shortly after 11 pm. When I returned home, I found a pile of dishes in the sink. It seemed unusual, and I felt anxious, wondering if someone had broken in. Soon after, my mom came home and told me she had gone to Ajia-tei with her friend. I fell asleep just after 1 am.
