Picking Up My Artwork

I went to Zaandam to pick up my paintings. It was not a fun thing; furthermore, it annoyed me. I reached the gallery just after 4 pm. There were six paintings. I asked how the exhibition had gone. He said there had been good attention from the audience, but no sales. I did not know he has a husband, not a wife. After that, I visited a bar. It was my first time there, but they had a lot of nice beer. I talked to the bar owner, and then he told me his sibling has Down syndrome. I reacted without thinking deeply and said, “I am sorry to hear that.” Probably, my words hurt his feelings. I regret what I said. After I returned home, just after 8 pm, I cooked spaghetti for dinner. I went to bed around 10 pm.
