Cooking Bento for Art
I left the hotel before 3 pm. Even though I already had a reservation at my current hotel, I made another reservation at a homestay-type hotel because the room had a kitchen. The new hotel was over 10 km away from my current one, so I called a Grab. During the ride, I realized I would need to do a self-check-in procedure, which was quite annoying. I tend to get car sick easily, so I felt nauseous. The hotel was located in a very dirty and densely populated area, and I was confused about how to enter the hotel. After checking the condition of the hotel’s kitchen, I visited a supermarket to get ingredients for a bento. I chose pho as the main dish. I spent about an hour cooking, then went out to drink. It started to rain. I went to a local restaurant and got two cans of beer. After returning to the hotel, I had the bento that I had cooked myself. It was okay. I fell asleep before midnight.
