Then you have to submit it to your office even though you were only 5 minutes! Do you think it too strict?\n<\/p>\n<p>\nMeanwhile, as you know, Japan\u2019s company often make employees work overtime.<br \/>\nHowever, something that is like a &#8216;certificate of overtime&#8217; is not provided even if it is more than 5 hours! Do you think it too loose?\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWhy? Is Japanease split mind? I don\u2019t know although I&#8217;m Japanese myself.
