I did something I always do in the morning, which is spending over an hour in the restroom. After that, I felt my body was heavy; therefore, I took a nap. My policy is that I should listen to and obey my own body&#8217;s message. I woke up an hour later. I worked a bit. At 2:30 pm, I went to a dentist by train. The treatment was uncomfortable. During the treatment, I choked on the water that they coming out of the machine. Their technique sucked. I straight went home. I considered the plan to participate an art fair next year. The dinner was seared bonito, cauliflower salad, boiled corn, and stir-fried konjac.
