Bomb sound, a strong blue flash came from the window Suddenly, I thought it was a nuclear bomb or so. The electricity was down. I couldn&#8217;t understand what was happening and went outside. Other residents had also gathered there. They said &#8220;I have seen a blue flash&#8221;, &#8220;What exploded?&#8221;. We inspected the switchboard but there weren&#8217;t any abnormal conditions. After that, I talked to my house mates, they said there was an explosion at a power plant. It was 3 or 4 miles far away from where we were. Furthermore, I couldn&#8217;t find any articles about it.
