After that, I went to a local restaurant near my hotel. When I left, I realized that my Lamy ballpoint pen was missing from my pocket. I returned to the hotel, but then went out again to look for it. I asked a member of the restaurant staff if they had found a pen like mine, but they had not. I walked along the road, searching for it, but in the end, I could not find it. I had lost it several times before, but I had always managed to find it again, so I felt a kind of bond with the pen. However, now our bond is gone. I guess everything eventually disappears, right?
