I went out to have breakfast with Eri. I lost my way on a back road, and then we found a party in the yard of a large private house. There were over 10 people eating and drinking. One of the women was able to speak Japanese, and they invited us to join the party. They offered us some food and drinks. We were astonished by such miraculous Vietnamese hospitality, even though we were just anonymous tourists. They finished some mooncakes with tea. They gave us floss picks to eat the mooncakes with, which caught me completely off guard. I could not stop laughing about it. We left there just before 3 pm. They gave me a bunch of gifts. We took showers and took a nap for several hours. In the evening, we went out for dinner. On the way to the restaurant, we picked up our laundry at a local laundry shop. It was only \u20ac2 (20,000 VND per kilogram of laundry). We visited two kinds of restaurants: a local Vietnamese restaurant and a Thai restaurant.
